At Instant Book Marketing, we offer customized plans tailored to your specific needs. Our primary goal is to ensure the success of our clients by providing high-quality design services and innovative solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Delivery Policy
Following receipt of your order, the services will be provided to you by Instant Book Marketing in accordance with the contract conditions applicable to the services you have purchased.
The delivery timeline may vary depending on the nature of the services ordered, your timely and accurate completion of required obligations, and the date on which the order is placed. Any delays caused by missing information or late responses from the client may affect the overall delivery schedule.
Upon completion of the services, they will be considered successfully delivered by Instant Book Marketing. If the contract is canceled prior to service delivery, the terms of the agreement will determine whether you are entitled to a full, partial, or no refund, as well as how the contract may be terminated.
Payment Policy
If clients avail of any monthly service package offered by Instant Book Marketing, they are required to pay the full chargeable amount prior to the commencement of work.
Where Instant Book Marketing and the client agree on a fixed quotation for any services, the client shall be liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance before the start of the work. The remaining 50% must be paid within seven (7) days from the service start date.
Instant Book Marketing shall invoice clients on a monthly basis, in advance. If a client fails to pay a monthly invoice when due, Instant Book Marketing reserves the right to terminate the services immediately without the obligation to provide a ten (10) day prior notice.
All charges quoted to the client shall be exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes, which Instant Book Marketing shall add to its invoices at the appropriate rate where required.
Any additional work requested by the client after the commencement of services, and which falls outside the scope of the agreed quotation (including any services necessarily procured to carry out the services), shall be treated as additional work. Such work will be invoiced separately at the rates contained in Instant Book Marketing's then-current rate card.
All charges listed in quotations are estimates only and are subject to final confirmation of technical specifications.
The parties agree that Instant Book Marketing may review and increase its standard hourly fee rates at any time, provided that such rates shall not be increased more than once in any twelve (12) month period. Written notice of any such increase will be provided at least one (1) month prior to the proposed effective date.
If the client does not accept the revised rates, the client may terminate the contract by providing three (3) months written notice to Instant Book Marketing, provided such notice is given within two (2) weeks of receiving the rate increase notice.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available, if the client fails to make payment on the due date, Instant Book Marketing may:
- Charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable late payment laws, accruing daily until payment is made in full; and
- Suspend all services until full payment has been received.
Time for payment shall be of the essence of the contract.
All sums payable to Instant Book Marketing under the contract shall become immediately due upon termination. This condition is without prejudice to any rights to claim interest. Instant Book Marketing may also set off any client liability against any amounts owed by Instant Book Marketing to the client.
Refund Policy
Instant Book Marketing ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free revision policy, which allows you to improve upon your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.
In the event of any duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to fulfill any of your specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order in accordance with our delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Instant Book Marketing, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of the initial design delivery. It shall be assumed by both parties that you are satisfied with the initial designs if a refund request is not received within this five-day period. For any Special or Combo packages, the refund policy shall apply in the same manner as it does for single packages.
Refund Processing Structure
All refund requests will be processed according to the following terms:
- If a refund request is made before the initial concept delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss any concerns.
- In the event of no response, feedback, or correspondence from the client for 14 consecutive days (excluding emergencies or prior notice), the associated project will be halted and archived. To resume the project, the client will be required to pay a re-registration fee of $300.
Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be communicated to the Instant Book Marketing support department. Instant Book Marketing reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances involving violations of the user agreement.
To ensure your refund request is properly reviewed, please follow the steps below:
- Submit your refund request by clearly specifying your concern via Live Chat or other available support channels.
- We will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy. If unresolved, you will receive an official refund approval email from our refund department.
- Upon issuance of a refund, all design rights will revert to Instant Book Marketing, and you will no longer be permitted to display, use, or distribute any version of the design provided.
- By accepting the refund, you agree that you hold no direct or indirect rights to any designs, responses, content, work products, or media created by Instant Book Marketing, nor any ownership interest therein.

Email & Mobile Phone Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of email and mobile phone contact information provided to Instant Book Marketing.
Consent and Usage
By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from Instant Book Marketing. This includes transactional messages, service-related updates, project notifications, newsletters, and service delivery communications such as design attachments, project updates, and revision notifications.
Carrier Charges Disclosure
Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier for details regarding applicable charges.
Stop & Unsubscribe
If you wish to stop receiving emails or mobile communications, you may do so as follows:
- Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you receive from Instant Book Marketing.
- SMS: Reply with "STOP," "UNSUB," or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any SMS message received. SMS communications will be stopped immediately.
Frequency of Communication
We strive to keep communication frequency at a reasonable level. However, there may be instances where additional messages are required for project updates, urgent notifications, or time-sensitive information.
Security of Information
Your email address and mobile phone number will be kept confidential by Instant Book Marketing and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Changes to Policy
Instant Book Marketing reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the updated policy.
